JacquelineSPARKES81 of Cawsand, died December 14th 2018 at Derriford Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She leaves behind a partner Barry her Children Rosaline, Karen, Kevin, Martin and Marcia. Eight Grandchildren and thirteen Great Grandchildren. Her Funeral Service will be held at Maker Church, on Friday 11th January 2pm.
