RoySPOONERAudrey and all the family would sincerely like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the kind support, tokens of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations received following their recent sad loss of Roy. We would like to most especially thank the staff from The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Crossroads Care, the District Nurses, Doctors and staff at The Park Medical Centre, Leek and all the carers for all their wonderful help and support shown to Roy during his illness, all of which was so very much appreciated.
