The family of the late George, would like to thank everyone who attended the Funeral Service to celebrate his life, for the many letters and cards of condolence and for the kindness and sympathy shown to them. Special thanks to Gillian Irvine M.B.E. of the Wansbeck Music Festival and Christopher Haines the Humanist Celebrant for the wonderful service. Thanks also to the staff of the Wansbeck Care Home for the loving ways they looked after George in his last few months. Thanks also to John Grenfell Funeral Directors and all who donated to the Alzheimers Society.
