1STAnniversary In loving memory of Patricia O'Shea of Hanwell and formerly of Buncrana, Co. Donegal, who died on 24th June 2008. Rest in Peace Our family chain is broken And nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again. Forever remembered by loving husband, daughters and all her family and friends. The Anniversary Mass will be held at Our Lady and St. Joseph's Church, Uxbridge Road, Hanwell on Wednesday 24th June at 6.00pm.
