PatriciaSTANIFORTH(Pat) (Of Melbourne) Passed away peacefully at Woodville Residential Care Home on Sunday 3rd September 2017, aged 77 years. Loving wife of Alan, much loved mum to Julie, Mandy and Annette, a dear mother-in-law, nana and great nana. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
