The Funeral Service will take place at Stafford Crematorium on Tuesday 22nd June 2010 at 10.00am. No flowers by request. Donations if desired, these will be given to R.N.I.B and can be sent c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 106 Hednesford Road, Heath Hayes, Cannock, Staffordshire. WS12 3EA. Tel: 01543 495609. Sadly missed by all.
