Beloved son of the late Charles and Florence Stanway of Fulford. Much loved brother of the late Kathleen and uncle of Martin and the late David.

Funeral service at St Nicholas' Church, Fulford on Friday 30th January 2026 at 1.30pm. Followed by interment in the church grounds.

Would relatives and friends kindly accept this intimation and meet at the church.

Flowers are welcome. Donations in memory of John would be gratefully accepted for Parkinson's or The Church Fabric Fund.
