BettySTAPLETONIt is with the deepest sadness and the heaviest of hearts that we share the news that our wonderful, independent,
and active mum passed away peacefully on 25th November 2025.

Mum lived life to the full, and her strength and spirit were evident right up until the end.
We are heartbroken, but we take comfort knowing she is now at rest.

Thank you to everyone who has sent their love, messages, prayers, and positive thoughts over the last few months Your support has meant the world to us.

Her service is at Herne Bay Crematorium on Wednesday 7th January at 2.00pm.

Donations in her memory are going to The Sheldwick Wildlife Trust UK,
and can be made via awelchandsons.co.uk (Funeral Notices and Donations)

In loving memory of Betty who was a trusted friend from the minute she interviewed me until the day she died. A wonderful teacher, mentor and colleague who was one of a kind and will be very much missed. I have the loveliest memories to treasure and send all love and best wishes to her beloved family. A life well lived indeed.
