We also wish to send our heartfelt thanks to the Doctors and everyone at Heath Lane surgery, to Helen Wilkes and District Nurses, to the wonderful staff at All Care, especially Tracey, to Betty and Christine, family and friends for their dedication, care and support given to Eileen, Jackie and the family enabling her to spend her last few weeks of her life in the comfort of her own home.
