EileenSTEARSOn Tuesday 24th December 2024, Arlene passed away peacefully, aged 78 years.

A loving wife of Des, a devoted Mum, Nan and Great-gran. Arlene is very much loved by all her family and friends. Forever in our memories and will be deeply missed.

A service of celebration for Arlene's life will take place on Friday 7th February, 2:30p.m at Exeter & Devon Crematorium, Topsham Road, Exeter EX26EU followed by a wake at Toby Carvery Exeter, Rydon Lane, Middlemoor, Exeter EX2 7HL.

Please wear clothing you feel comfortable in. Family flowers only please, donations if desired can be made by retiring collection and will benefit 'Starlight Ward' Bristol Royal Hospital for Children charity (Haematology, Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant Ward).

I miss you so much Nanny! It's been 4 weeks now and hurts just as it did the day we lost you. I really hope there is something more, after we die, and that you and Grandad are together again. I hope you and Grandad can hear me talking to you and that you can see the glass 3D cube of you both, that dad bought for you, which I now proudly light up each night. It's beautiful. Your service is just a few weeks away and I've ordered my flower and created a tribute video for you like I did for grandad. I found this photo of you with your pink & purple glasses I remember you always wearing when I was young. I love it.
