Dearly loved and missed by all his family.

Cremation service to take place at Thornhill Crematorium on Tuesday 13 January at 11:30am.

I have just learned of the passing of Mr. Stephens. I am sorry for his family's loss.

He will always be Mr. Stephens to me. He was our fearless leader of the 24th Company Boys Brigade, Rhiwbina, Cardiff in the 1980s and was a true mentor to me. I learned so many life lessons from Mr. Stephens, rode in his car every week for several years to drill and band practice while teaching me the importance of having respect, character & self-confidence, polishing my shoes all while having a laugh!
Thank you, Mr., Stephens for helping to shape me into the man I am today. May you rest in peace.
