Beloved Husband of the late Phyllis, Much Loved Dad of Lyn and Carol, also a loving Grandad and Great-Grandad. Funeral Service at Cambridge City Crematorium, West Chapel, on Tuesday August 3rd 2021 at 12 Noon. Family flowers only please, Donations if desired made payable to Parkinson's UK, may be sent c/o F W Cook Funeral Service, 49 Church Street, Willingham, Cambs, CB24 5HS

A year has passed Dad since we last saw your face. The pain is still so raw and miss you so much words cannot describe the sense of loss you’ve left. The only peace is that you are back with Mum forever. You are loved so much and missed always. Love you Dad forever xxx
