Thank you to all the NHS Services, Riversdale Surgery Doctors and staff, Community Nurses, the Heart Failure Team, EMAS and the amazing carers from LAM Services (LAM Care 24). Thank you to Co-operative Funeralcare for the exemplary way in which they dealt with every aspect of the funeral arrangements. Most of all, thank you to our Lodge Drive neighbours, family members, friends, Pastor Andrew Miles, Talita and members of the Belper Baptist Church Fellowship who helped me to make Kenneth's life tolerable in the final phase of his long illness.
