IshbelSTEWARTPeacefully at Morningside Care Home on 25th July 2019, Isabella Frood Taylor (Ishbel) aged 90 years. Beloved wife of David, loving mother of Elaine and Alison, and much loved grandmother of Laura, Thomas, Fiona, Kirsty and Ross and great grandmother of Hayley, Alexander, Oliver and Freja. Funeral service to which all family and friends are respectfully invited will take place at Holytown Crematorium on Tuesday 6th August 2019 at 12.30 pm and afterwards to the Popinjay Hotel, Rosebank. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Dementia UK.

What beautiful photos. I loved Ishbel. Such a kind and generous person, a very special lady.
I remember so well the lovely home made tomato soup, home made cakes and so much more.
We still have the knitted cardigans which are now worn by dollies. The home knitted baby blanket that both Nick and Laura had wrapped around them as babies, and latterly Luna. Forever memories never to be forgotton.
Our thoughts and love are with all of the family❤❤❤❤

So sorry for your loss. Good to hear that you were with her, Elaine, and wonderful that you all got to celebrate her 90th birthday together so recently. We have fond memories of sunny picnics with Ishbel.
