Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Cornhill Macmillan Centre for all their kindness, professionalism and unfailing care and attention they provided for Dave. Thanks to James McEwan and Son, Funeral Directors, for their guidance and all their help with the funeral arrangements. Thanks also to Jayne Johnson for her most uplifting service, and to all who paid their last respects to Dave at the Crematorium and donated most generously to the Cornhill Macmillan Centre.
