I spent a lovely week with Gilly and her sister where they showed me all of Whitley Bay's hot spots!. There was dining at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the Bay at sunset and shopping trips to Newcastle. Gully was a kind and thoughtful hostess and drove me to Lindifarne where I had aways wanted to visit. I didnt have a chance to catch up with Gilly again but we were avid WhatsAppers so I was pleased to keep in contact with my friend from the North.
