I cannot express my sadness at this terrible news.
Much love to Sally, Andy, Anais and little Rueben. What a wonderful legacy Ryan leaves and he will never be forgotten.
Brave and strong to the end and will be so missed.
Anything you need, I am here and will help in any way I can xxxx

So very sorry to hear of Ryan's passing. My son Harry worked with him at Northern Builders. He said Ryan never had a bad word to say.

Ryan. This doesn’t feel real, or fair. The impact you have had on everyone but specifically my kids, they both love you. All of my love and strength to your family ❤️ rest peacefully. Say hello to my mum, she’ll look after you.

I first met Ryan when I moved to Beverley seven years ago and through our mutual love of wildlife, became good friends. Ryan's photographs of Barn Owls, Small Eared Owls, as well as his amazing pictures of Kingfishers on the Beckside are legendary. Ryan faced the stiffest challenge of his young life, with grit and determination and always with a ready smile. RIP Ryan
