AmySTREETERJEAN Amy passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Royal Derby Hospital on the 4th July 2016, aged 35 years after a courageous battle with cancer. Dearly loved mother of Daniel, beloved daughter of David and Jean, sister to Rosalind and a treasured aunty to Gemma. She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Amy was a Christian and regularly attended Boulton St. Mary's Church. Funeral on Friday 15th July 2016, Service 9:30am at Boulton St. Mary's Church, Alvaston prior to a private committal at Spondon Cemetery. A celebration of Amy's life will be held at Nunsfield House, Alvaston after the funeral. Family flowers only please.
