Dearly loved son of Tracy and stepson to Tony, much loved brother to Jake, Zoe and May and a treasured daddy to Mia and the late Eva-Rose.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral Wednesday 13th December, service 11:30am at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston-on-Trent.
