Phyllis MaySULLIVAN04.02.1915 - 28.04.2008 It is with great sadness that the family announce the death of Phyllis, who passed away peacefully at Prince Charles Hospital after a long illness borne with great courage. Phyllis was a much loved mother, mother-in-law, grand-mother, great-grand-mother and great-great grandmother. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Ward 12 of Prince Charles Hospital for all their help, support and kindness to Phyllis and the family during her illness. Thanks also to Doctors and Staff of Practice Four at Hollies Health Centre for their care over the years. Sincere thanks to Elaine Thomas of Social Services and also to all the Carers and District Nurses who attended her for many years. A special thank you to Bernadette Vivian who attended our mother with Communion every Sunday no matter what the weather, knowing it meant so much to her. Sincere gratitude to family, friends and neighbours for all their help, messages of sympathy, cards of condolence, mass cards and floral tributes. Thanks to all those who attended the funeral at St Aloysius Church and later at Cefn Coed Cemetery. Special thanks to Fr Silvio for his moving service and to David and Martin of Foley's Funeral Services for their excellent duties carried out with such dignity and respect. Our grateful thanks to Merthyr Labour Club for the use of their facilities and to Gail for her excellent catering services. Gone from our lives, Forever in our hearts. God Bless you Mam.
