NANA Pauline wasn’t just any nan—she was the original straight-talker who always saw right through my Manchester antics (especially when I’d had one too many!). She’d give me that look, pretend I wasn’t acting like the wildest one in the room all the way from South London, but secretly, she knew exactly what was going on—never a “divvy old woman,” always switched on and up for a laugh. She let me be myself, strong language and all (even if she’d gently tell me off for it—sorry, Pauline!), and she always made me feel at home.
I’ll really miss our little chats having a giggle about everyone and her telling me off (in her loving way) when I got a bit too loud. She was an absolute star—amazingly loving and always made sure I knew I was welcome. Rest in paradise peace Nana say hello to my Daddy too 🙏🏽🌹🌹❤️❤️❤️

Nana P aka Pauline she wasn’t just any nan—she was the original straight-talker who always saw right through any of my Manchester antics (especially when I’d had one too many !). She’d give me that look, when I’m being the SouthEast London wildest one in the room❤️🌹 but secretly, she knew exactly what was going on—never a “divvy old woman,” always switched on and up for a laugh. She let me be myself, strong language and all (she’d cringe at my language but make me repeat it cos it sounded funny from South!) (even so, she’d gently tell me off for it—sorry, Pauline!), and she always made me feel at home & I was her additional grandchild from London too… with Jade & Judann❤️
I’ll really miss our little chats having a giggle about everyone and her telling me off (in her loving way) when I got a bit too loud. She was an absolute star—amazingly loving and always made sure I knew I was welcome. In sweet peace she is love always till I see you again
