David DerekSWAINSWAIN David Derek. Passed away peacefully on March 14th 2008 at the Derby City General Hospital aged 69 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Jean, much loved father of Stephen, Paul and Gayle, a dear grandfather and brother. David will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. David's funeral service will be held on Thursday March 20th, 9.40am at Markeaton Crematorium, Round Chapel.
