(David) TheSWINDELLSfamily of the late David wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement, also for the cards of condolence and generous donations received on behalf of the Douglas Macmillan Hospice in memory of David. Thanks to Doctor Schofield, Doctor Cam, clinical nurse Ian, doctors and staff on Ward 201 at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire, also to the Hospice at Home nurses, district nurses and carers. Thanks to the Reverend Cecil Mann for his ministrations and comforting service and also to Chris Hollins and colleagues of John Johnson Funeral Home, Tunstall for the funeral arrangements.
