It's been 17 years grandfather today since you were taken over to the other side to be with Your beloved wife Maureen even though I don't say your name and I don't speak of you that much, I think of you in my own way and by me going out today is doing something that you would want me to do. You would have wanted me to stop my life just because of you not being here anymore. And I know that you're probably just again. Why am I talking to you? Because I can't stop thinking of you even the year that you were around. I felt like I'd lost you a lot sooner than you had gone and it hurts to know that I never got to see you that last year. You being around and I know that it will hurt for a long time and with everything I do and say it's not going to change how I'm feeling or what's going on because nothing will bring you back. I know that but I just wish that mum would know that I did. I could advice to you and you know I did and you know I did of me. You know I wouldn't ever hurt you and even if you prayed with me I would have played with your back but I would never be hard you know I loved you more than you will ever know And you know the bond we had was unbreakable. You were the best grandad ever and I respect you for that. You did everything you could when nan passed away Andrew even took on Tracy's kids. Not everybody would ever do that. I'm glad that you were there for him and you gave us everything and I'm proud of you and I miss you so much. I'm going to let you be because I'm busy I at the moment but I want you to know that you're the best and I want you to fly high with Nan and the rest of the family that's up there with you

13 years today you were taken from us you are missed in every way and never Forgotten you are the best grandad in the whole entire world God only takes the best and is taking the most beautiful angels in the world love you and nan very much and I will always miss you so much
