Brian CatlowTERRYMr Brian Catlow Terry, of Broadclough Villas, Bacup, died peacefully at home on Sunday, August 7, aged 92. Born in Rawtenstall, Brian moved to Bacup after his marriage, and lived at Broadclough Villas for over 50 years. He was a joint founder of Bacup Judo Club and enjoyed gardening. Brian was employed at L Blake & Co. for many years as a representative, and had also worked at David Whiteheads where he was employed as a driver. He leaves his wife of 68 years, Betty, son David and his wife Julie, granddaughter Lauren, great-granddaughter Olivia, and many friends. A service will be held at the Chapel of Rest on Thursday, August 18, at 11.40am, followed by cremation at Burnley Crematorium at 12.15pm, conducted by Mr David Ireland.
