GillianTHACKRAY1936 - 2023. After a short battle with lung cancer, Gillian passed away aged 86 at The Torrwood Nursing Home in Wells, Somerset on September 26th. She will be greatly missed by her loving son Simon Clulow, her brother Tony, grandchildren Ruby and Charlie, step daughters Katharine and Rachel, step grandchildren Olivia and Eleanor, her nephew Mark, her partner Ian and in-laws Jane and Chris. Late of Stoke Bardolph, Derby, Carlton, Bingham, Woodthorpe and Calverton, she moved to Wells in 2019, and will be remembered for her service as a Nottinghamshire primary school teacher, retiring in The 1980's from Netherfield Junior School, and as a member of the Nottingham Bluecoat Gilbert And Sullivan Society. A funeral will take place at Gedling Crematorium (NG44QH) on Tuesday 24th of October at 3.00pm. The family would love to welcome former friends and colleagues to the service, and would very much appreciate their support on this sad occasion.
