We would also like to thank all whom attended the service at All Saints Church, Waltham. We would like to extend our grateful thanks to the care teams from Willows and Hales, The Community District Nurses and Macmillan for their support given in difficult times. Finally, we would like to thank The Reverend Kimberly Bohan for the comforting service and committal, and Waltham Funeral Service for their compassion and efficient funeral arrangements.
