Peacefully in hospital on March 30th 2006 aged 76 years, now reunited with the love of his life, his beloved Bet, much loved dad to his boys, Ivor and Roger, dearly loved grandad to Amy, Joe and Lottie, great grandad to Cherie and Tia and a dear father in law to Julie and Tracey. Reception into St Hugh's Roman Catholic Church, Borrowash on Sunday 9th April at 7.30pm. Funeral Monday 10.30am followed by interment in Ockbrook and Borrowash Cemetery. Flowers may be sent to G. Wathall & Son Ltd, 101 Macklin Steet, Derby. Telephone 01332 345268.

I am sorry I was not there when you went Dad I know you wanted to be with mam so much. Although we did not show affection to each other but I know you loved me and I think you know I loved you. I wish we could have been closer. Miss you Dad I know Mam is looking after you now and I know you will be looking after her. Give her a big kiss from me please. xx
