Special thanks to the Royal Marsden Hospital and Leicester Royal Infirmary during Graham's 12 years of treatment for myeloma, Uppingham surgery, District Nurses and all those involved in Graham's care. Many thanks also to Reverend Canon Rachel Watts for the service and E M Dorman Funeral Directors for the professional, respectful and sympathetic way in which they dealt with the arrangements.
