THOMASJonathan Dominic Suddenly at the Royal Stoke University Hospital on the 14th November 2017, Jon sadly passed away. Devoted and beloved son of Eva and the late William, treasured brother of Louise, cherished uncle of Reece, much loved and dear friend of Jan and Rob. Jon will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by his family and many friends. Funeral service to be held at Bradwell Crematorium on Tuesday 12th December 2017 at 3.20pm.
