JeanTHOMASThe family of the late Jean Eileen Thomas would like to express their thanks and gratitude for all the cards, phone calls, flowers, donations and support they have received in their recent bereavements. Special thanks are given to the Colwyn Bay District Nurses who have called and cared for mum over many years and to the Conwy re-aldement Palliative Care team for their exceptional kindness, support and care of mum and the family during the last weeks at her daughter's home. Thanks also to Dr Mahadana for his care and understanding and to the Rev. David Parry for his thoughtful and prayerful ministrations. Finally our sincere thanks to A C Lambert & Son, Funeral Directors whose care of our mum and the family have been exceptional. Diolch yn fawr pawb.
