Joan Theodora CampbellTHOMASIt is with great sadness we notify that Joan (nee Davies) died peacefully on January 11th 2021 at home in Cardiff with her family by her side. Born on June 14th 1926, mother of Charlotte, Sian and David, grandmother of Katie, JJ, Annabel, Daniel, Holly and Amy and great grandmother of Benji and Olivia: her family were her life, along with her faith. Joan loved people and was an incredibly caring and compassionate person with a wonderful sense of humour. She in turn was universally loved. The funeral, which will be for family only due to Covid restrictions, will be held on Friday February 5th at St Cattwg's Church Llanmaes. No flowers please but donations in Joan's memory can be made directly to World Child Cancer (www.worldchildcancer.org) and Swings & Smiles (www.swingsandsmiles.co.uk), charities very dear to her.
