A devoted mum, nan and great nan; totally selfless and simply one of the very best! Sadly missed but never forgotten by Alex and wife Barb and our children. Nan Thompson would have been so proud of her other great and later great great grandchildren and they would have loved her so dearly. Alex & Barbara Thompson & Family

Thinking of my dear nan Thompson today, I look at that photo and I can see myself in you so much, from our eyes to our smile. you were such an amazing lady and roll model for us all. I would give anything for one more cuddle. Never far from our thoughts, I love telling jock all about you. I thought about you this morning as I walked for the first time in ages yesterday, remember when we walked for miles and the next day my legs would kill...that's how I felt this morning and I smiled to myself and thought of you.
