Winifred Mary BartonTHORNOctober 07, 2018 Passed away peacefully, 7th October, 2018. Aged 91 years at Southport Hospital after a short illness. Much loved mum to Tony, Michael, Marian and Bernadette, step-mum to Elaine, John (R.I,P) and Jeff, sister to Pat and Paul (R.I.P) and beloved nan to all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she will be sadly missed by all of her family and numerous friends. A requiem Mass to be held at St Joseph's Church, Birkdale on Tuesday 30th October at 10am, followed by a short committal at Southport Crematorium. No flowers by request but donations if so desired to The Southport St John Ambulance. Informal dress but please feel free to wear "a splash of yellow" as mum's favourite colour.
