DenisTOMKINSONBeryl and all the family would like to express their most heartfelt thanks of appreciation to all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the many kind and considerate messages of sympathy, cards, floral tributes and donations which have been received for Brain Tumour Research and The British Heart Foundation in memory of Den. Our very special thanks are extended to the doctors and staff at Park Medical Centre, Leek for their wonderful care and attention shown to Den throughout his illness. Thanks also to Paul, Michael, Joe and Sam for all their help given with the funeral arrangements. We also very much appreciated the support of everyone who attended the funeral service at Cheddleton Church.
