Josephine MaryTOWSEAged 85 years, passed away peacefully at Hull Royal Infirmary on 12th June 2024.

Beloved eldest daughter of the late Hilda and Herbert Towse, all formerly of Church Street, Sutton-on-Hull.

Much loved sister of Ron, Keith, Geoff and Susan.

The Lord gives and the Lord taketh away. Rest in peace.

A funeral service to be held at 3pm on Friday 28th June 2024 at Lelley Fields Crematorium in honour of her life.

God saw you getting tired
A cure was not to be.
So he put his arms around you And whispered, "Come with Me."
With tearful eyes we watched you And saw you fade away.
Although we loved you dearly We could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating
Your tender hands at rest.
God took you home to prove to us
