The devoted and beloved husband of the late Ivy, treasured dad of John, Paul, Michael and Julie, dearest father-in-Law to Angela, Sandra, Belinda and Gareth, a cherished grandad, great grandad and a very dear friend and neighbour to many.
Jack will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends.
The funeral service will take place at Biddulph Methodist Church on Tuesday 30th April 2024 at 11.30 am prior to a committal service at Carmountside Crematorium. Will relatives please accept this, the only intimation, would friends wishing to attend kindly meet for the service.
Family flowers only by request, donations preferred and gratefully received to The British Heart Foundation C/o the funeral director.
