JoanTREGUNNAOn Thursday, 6th June, 2019, peacefully at Roseland Court Care Home, Roseland Parc. Joan, aged 96 years, formerly of Treworga. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, 20th June, at 2.30pm, in the Kernow Chapel, Penmount Crematorium. Dearest Joan.
I used to care for you in Roseland Court. One of my fond memories was when you came into the home and you wanted to read the newspaper but couldn't see all too well. I searched for ages for a magnifying glass to help you read the small letters. When I presented you with one you turned to me and said "hadn't made much difference have it" That made me chuckle- you used to like the way I made you jam sandwiches. I hope the small amount of care I gave to you in your time at the home before I left made a difference. I thought of you often after I left and I hope you are at peace.
