We would like to thank the district nurse Jenny for her valuable time, friendship and support. We would also like to thank Christies Hospital for giving him an extension of 2 years on his life. Also Mike's doctor Dr TW Smirk for all his support over the years. We would like to thank all Mike's staff at Haslington Cricket Club for all their help and support over the last few years. We would like to thank Jen Ferguson for making all Mike's wishes come true.
