Rose was always known to me and my family. She always chatted to my mum Vera. Growing up Rose and her family were always friendly to everyone. Rose and her humour and smile will be missed by us all. Rip Rose.

Jenny Nurse is what Auntie Rose would know me by. She was my second mother growing up. Auntie Rose and family are one of the reasons I am, who I am today. She welcomed me into her arms, home and family with unexplained love. I will be eternally greatful to her. I am sad at her passing, but know in my heart she is with Jesus. She portrayed love, kindness and acceptance, the way Jesus did when He walked the earth, if I can be half as loving as she was my life surely would not be in vain. I am a better person because of her, it was God Himself that sent her. Thank you Auntie Rose, love you forever.

My mother was the perfect hostess kettle always boiling. Mum loved our friday fish & chip days out. Her greatest love and devotion was the Church. She'll be happy to be reunited with our dad Frank. May you rest in peace dearest mum. Thank you for being our mum. Xxx

My mum delighted in making everyone smile.
I was very lucky to see that happen hundreds of times when we were out walking.
An amazing woman, a wonderful mum.
