HazelTRIVETTPeacefully passed away at Royal Stoke University Hospital on Monday 31st October 2022 aged 89 years. Treasured wife of the late Stan, much loved mum to Kim and Steve, an adored mother-in-law to Heather and Dave, cherished grandma and great grandma to Sara, Joe, Beth, Chloe, Lucy, Imogen, Lennie, Quinn and Sully as well as a dear friend to many. Hazel will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all her family and friends. A funeral service to celebrate Hazel's life will be held at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday 2nd December at 2:30pm. Will relatives and friends please accept this intimation and kindly meet at the Crematorium. Family flowers only with donations to The Douglas Macmillan Hospice and Alzheimer's Research UK. A truly devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother
A Wonderful kind neighbour
with a smile for everyone no matter how tired she was during her time caring for Stan
My parents had the greatest of respect for Stan and Hazel and got on very well with them
Sending deepest condolences to Kim Stephen and Family
