Mr Allenby and team for their excellent funeral arrangements, Steve Plater for escorting Dad to the crematorium. Thank you to the Abbey Lodge at the Woodhall Spa for the refreshments, and Pat Maplethorpe for the wonderful flowers. Thank you also to Billinghay Medical Practise and St Barnabas Hospice, Lincoln, for their care of Melvyn, and thanks to our family and friends for their support and the cards, we appreciate you all.
