Today is the first Mother’s Day without you here and my heart misses you more than words can say. Not a single day goes by that I don’t think about you. Life just isn’t the same without you in it.

I take comfort in knowing you’re still close by. I feel your presence in so many little moments, I still talk to you throughout the day, I still go to ring you in my break from work and I can still hear your voice telling me to look after dad. You’re so missed more than you’ll ever know.

Happy Mother’s Day, Mam. I love you always and will carry you in that deep hole I have in my heart since the day that you passed. Lots of love and what I would do to have one of your big, wholesome cuddles again, Joanne xxxx 🤍
