We are really sorry to hear about Chris. He was always thoughtful and helpful to everyone. He really helped and supported me when working with the Rangers and RSPB. We had many a laugh travelling there and throughout the days. His personality shone and he was a strong advocate for those with disabilities. I know my mum Liz who had contact via his school thought a lot of him.
Words can be wonderfully uplifting and Chris gave this with outlook and energy.
Look after yourselves.
Chris Williams.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Chris. As the previous headteacher of Knowsley Central School I would like to pay tribute to a truly wonderful governor. Chris’s kindness and determination made a lasting difference to so many lives . He was a passionate advocate for children with special needs always ensuring their voices were heard and their needs thoroughly supported. He shared his love of nature and inspired children. His generosity and spirit will always be remembered. My thoughts are with all of his family, Chris will be remembered with great respect ,gratitude and affection. Trish Edmondson ( Thomas)
