A dear and special son, preceded in passing by his late parents Malcolm & Jill and his beloved brother Richard and sister Joanne. Dearly loved brother-in-law to Gilly and uncle to Katie and Sophie. Jeremy touched the hearts of everyone he met and his family are truly grateful for all the wonderful and loving care he was given by all the staff at William Smith House, his second family.
