John ThomasVERLAQUEJohn suddenly passed at home after a short illness on 14th December 2025.

A beloved husband to Susan, a much-loved dad to Hannah and Andrew, a loving, proud Papa to Callan, and a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.

A funeral service to celebrate John's life will be held on Wednesday 7th January 2026, 2.00pm at The Hurlet Crematorium to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.

So sorry to hear this news about John,we met in 1976 in the watermill hotel he was a lovely guy liked by everyone,I haven’t seen him for a while but he came to my carpet shop in Renfrew a few times,RIP John from Kenny Marshall xx
