Thankyou John, for being one of the best friends I’ve ever had.

I will always remember our 1966 road trip in my Ford Cortina, around France and Spain with Graham Cole.

You were the best lead guitarist in our Exeter university band - THE FIFTH COLUMN - and I was the best drummer!
