CliveWAKEFIELDPassed away on 6th July at 00:10 at Yeovil Hospital. Beloved Husband, Dad and Grandad. Funeral service is to be held on Wednesday 23rd July at 11:20 at Yeovil Crematorium. Family flowers only but donations to Yeovil Hospital Charity and Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance are welcomed in loving memory of Clive.
