MaisieWALKERMaisie of Shepshed, formerly from London.

On 30th March 2024, at the age of 93 years, our truly amazing friend climbed the next step on life's journey to finally reunite with her beloved husband Cliff.

Maisie lived a wonderful life. An author of several books, a WW2 evacuee with plenty of stories, and an enthusiastic fundraiser.

Well known wherever she went, always with a laugh and a smile.

Maisie, what a privilege it has been to share some time with you. You have touched the lives of so many people along the way.

Thank you for the fun, friendship and laughter. We will speak about you often, remember you and smile.

Love always, Linda and Deb xxx

A service for Maisie will take place at Loughborough Crematorium on Monday 29th April at 11am. ALL WELCOME.

Maisie has requested, please wear bright colours, no flowers please, and any donations would be gratefully received by Rainbows Hospice or Cancer Research.

Thank you

Dear Maisie,
Like many people, I knew you through your memories of Loughborough & Shepshed online. Loughborough and Shepshed will undoubtedly be the poorer without you. May your spirit fly free and may you rest in peace.
