Barry ThomasWALKERPeacefully at Trentham House Care Home surrounded by his loving family on Sunday 14th December 2025, Barry aged 80 years of Meir Hay.

Much loved Husband to the late Marie. Treasured Dad to Barry & Deborah Marie, Father in Law to Jane Marie and Michael. Devoted Grandad to Stephie, Jennifer, Wade, Kayla-Jane and Natalie. Devoted Great Grandad to Ethan, Nicole, Lillie-Marie, Milo, Isabella and Freya. Barry will be forever missed but never forgotten by all his loving family and friends.

Funeral service to be held at St James Church, Longton on Friday 9th January 2026 at 11.00am. Followed by a committal service at Carmountside Crematorium. Will all relatives please accept this only intimation and friends kindly meet at the church. Any donations would be much appreciated and made payable to Douglas Macmillan Hospice.

I could not have wished for a more loving & caring father in law. So many good memories. Spent lots of time with Barry & Marie. He was always lovely to me, we always had our little chats over a cup of tea. Grateful I was so welcomed into the family. I was always close even if you didn’t see me in person. Will miss you….knowing you’re not just around the corner but you will be forever in my heart ❤️
